THE
WINES
The wines result from manual grape harvest where
the sorting is systematic to keep only best grapes.
The wine making remains typically Burgundian, while knowing to adapt
according to the year.
All the wines of village-A.O.C. (wines for ageing) are matured in
oak barrels during one year and bottled at the estate
by our care. This in the largest respect of the traditions, while
being based on a modern technology.
On the other hand, the regional - A.O.C. are bottled at spring following
harvest for thus keeping, freshness, liveliness and fruity. |
