2003 : exceptionnal vintage !

After an early harvest with small yields and one year of oak-barrels maturing,wines will be bottled soon.
They present very interesting jammy flavors an d a velvety mouth.
A marvellous vintage avalaible in a few months and to drink, with moderation, without waiting too much

2004

Since January 2004, the domaine works with 2 others appellations :
POMMARD, (0,16 ha)
ALOXE-CORTON 1er cru "La Coutière", (0,21 ha)

2004 was the first harvest and winemaking.
These wines, and the others appellations, are for the moment in oak-barrels, where they will spend one year, under high supervision, and the malo-lactic fermentation, natural process of wine maturing, is in progress.
We have here a beautiful vintage, promising quality, result of our heavy efforts in vineyards works, harvest sorting out and winemaking.
